I understand that, while every care will be taken, the Darwin Game Fishing Club, its officers and its servants are not to be held responsible in any way for any accident or illness which may occur, and I release them from any liability. I hereby authorise the Darwin Game Fishing Club, its officers and its servants to seek any medical aid should it be required. I understand that I may be required to collect my child from the Daly River if the angler breaks the agreement signed above.
